Our new blog offers resources to provide specific support for partners of physicians in training, as well as assistance in finding an Alliance in your area.

Why study medicine?

An article from Student Doctor Network (SDN) explores the question of why pre-medical students decide to pursue medicine. A survey conducted by SDN reveals that "89% listed either a desire to help others, a genuine interest in the sciences, or personal exposure to medicine as the impetus for their decision" rather than financial gain.
